Baby Boomers have built wealth through real estate. Often this happened organically as their burgeoning families prompted a move and they managed to keep their former home as a rental. In other cases, the family home has remained mom and/or dad's primary residence but no longer meets their needs. The key is to understand how this asset class can be maximized to preserve generational wealth while also affording an aging adult to maintain a lifestyle. Who I Am

Dedicated Professional With Years of Experience

Few seem to simply find themself living in our desert. Instead, we‘ve designed our life. You can too, and I’ll help you get here or, once here, help you understand where you need to be next. I’ve been a California REALTOR® since 2007. It’s a profession I sought after developing my sales skills at a large printing company right out of college and, later, after completing a master's degree in Consumer and Family Sciences with an emphasis in interior design. In 2023, I was certified as a Real Estate Planner. Combined with my Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) certification, I've gradually shifted my practice to focus on the unique interests of those who are 55 and older. I continue to work with all ages.

My practice has taken me from San Francisco, where I was born and raised, to McLean, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Since April of 2017, Palm Springs has been my home. Like so many, I love it here. The San Jacinto, Santa Rosa, and San Gregorio Mountain ranges surround me in spectacular beauty with ever-changing displays of light and shadow. The architecture intrigues me constantly, and I find people WANT to be here. That imbues so many of my encounters with a sense of shared joy.
