Community Tour

Service Description

New to the Coachella Valley? Wondering what community best aligns with your interests and lifestyle objectives? Simply curios about neighborhoods and communities, especially those behind gates and guards? This consultation and tour may be your the answer. We'll start with a one hour video conference before shaping and mapping your overview tour plan. Where possible, we'll access various gated communities, as well as pass through neighborhoods that offer the architecture, conveniences, and accommodations you seek in a new home location. Reconnaissance is key to any home purchase. And this opportunity to be one-on-one with a local targeting your hopes and dreams is a worthwhile investment. This tour is limited to three client (3) participants and must be booked a week or more in advance. Minimum tour length is two hours. All bookings are tentative until confirmed by our office. Payment is by Venmo, Zelle or Apply Pay upon appointment confirmation. No refunds. Passengers and guide will ride in a Toyota Highlander vehicle. Children must be accompanied by a parent and ride in a car seat supplied and installed by their parent companion. Keep in mind that The Coachella Valley is defined, but large. Expansive tours that attempt to cover communities at the west and east ends require significant driving time. In our experience, it's best to remain focused within a three to seven mile radius.
